Ramaj Eroc

Jamar Core (born May 18, 1991) better known by the stage name Ramaj Eroc, is an American hip hop artist born in Chicago, Illinois. He released his debut mixtape Last Train To Japan, in 2011, and has recently released his sophomore mixtape New Pair Of Glasses on June 29, 2012.
Early life
Core was born on May 18, 1991 in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up on the South Side of the city until moving with his mother to Sauk Village, Illinois to attend middle school. He attended 3 different high schools. Bloom Trail High School, in Chicago Heights, Illinois, Thornton Fractional South High School in Lansing, Illinois, & Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School in Bradley, Illinois. During this time, his stage name was J.C aka Mr. IL, until changing it to Ramaj Eroc late 2010. In April of 2011, Ramaj moved to Riverside, CA to be closer to Los Angeles to further his career.
Career
2010-2012: Last Train to Japan Vol. 1 & New Pair of Glasses mixtapes
Ramaj Eroc's debut mixtape "Last Train To Japan Vol. 1" was released July 15, 2011. The project was sponsored by AlwaysNewMusik.com (which is now unavailable) & was featured on popular hip-hop blogs such as GoWhereHipHop.com & more. The song #PrayForJapan was released on March 11, 2011 as a dedication song for the Japan victims of the tragic earthquake & tsunami on March 10, 2011. In August, Ramaj released Last Train , which features 7 of the premiere songs on the mixtape.
Later that year to promote his second mixtape "New Pair Of Glasses", him and 2 members of Surreal Gang, Hona Costello & Lyrik Luciano, shot a music video at Riverside City College in Riverside, California called "Shine". The mixtape was release on June 29, 2012 which was lead by the single "For The Love" featuring Minnesota hip-hop artist, Poncho.
===2013: #TheUntitledEP & Real Husbands of Hollywood soundtrack===
After taking a 6-month break, to kick off 2013 Ramaj Eroc released multiple freestyles & remixes over instrumentals such as "Started from the bottom" by Drake, "Diamonds" by Chief Keef, "Relate" by Lil Reese, & "Hood Stories" by Lil B to name a few. On February 20, Ramaj releases "She Trust Me" as a promo single for his then "album". Due to its unexpected success, Eroc decided to release another song on March 20 titled "Cosby Kids" as a lead single for his upcoming mixtape "The Untitled EP". The song features instrumentation from Ben Freedlander & production from Tae Beast, Top Dawg Entertainment's in-house producer. Ramaj Eroc plans on releasing his mixtape on October 14. During his recording of his mixtape, Eroc managed to land a placement on the soundtrack for BET's comedy series, Real Husbands of Hollywood, with a song titled "Mitches Do That" featuring popular comedian Kevin Hart. The soundtrack is on itunes.
