Rajesh Bhatt is an Indian film director and producer who works in Bollywood. He rose to prominence through his movie Kaun Hai Jo Sapno Mein Aaya, which was highly appreciated at the Cannes Film Festival. He was honored a Doctorate from Halifax University, USA for his contribution to Hindi cinema. Early life Bhatt was born and brought up in Dehradun, the capital city of Uttarakhand state, India. He is a commerce graduate. Career He came to Mumbai in 1988 and started his film career as an Assistant Director He has worked as an assistant director with many leading directors and actors. Directorial career He made his debut as full fledged director with Nazarr released in 1997. His most remarkable movie is Kaun Hai Jo Sapno Mein Aaya. His other directed movies include Bazaar, and Babul Payare. |
