QVWM

QVWM (derived from the roman numerals for "95") is a stacking window manager for Linux and Unix systems designed to provide a Windows 95/98-like environment with minimum system resources. The developer states that it uses the same user interface graphics as Windows 95 at the pixel level[http://www.csg.is.titech.ac.jp/~kourai/qvwm/#whatsqvwm]. It extends the feature set available in Windows by providing virtual desktops and a pager to switch among them.
