Q Group

Q Group is a supposed organization within the American National Security Agency, responsible for internal security concerns, such as plugging 'leaks' of classified information, particularly with regards to the role of the US government in 9/11, and monitoring and suppressing journalists who report on the NSA.The group is located within NSA headquarters in Fort Meade, Maryland.
Organization
The group is relatively large, consisting of an estimate thousand employed agents and informants. The group also works closely with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as local police departments. Because of the secretive nature of the supposed organization and the NSA, there is no official statement on the structure of the group.
Reports
The existence of the group was first made public in a July 7, 2009 report by investigative journalist Wayne Madsen, a former NSA analyst who has also reported on the role of the government of Saudi Arabia in the 9/11 attacks, as well as the effect of the lobbying efforts of American Israel Public Affairs Committee. Madsen also made an appearance on the English-language television news network Russia Today, on which he spoke of the jobs, organization and acts of the organization.
News of this report quickly spread around the internet. Because of the group's alleged involvement in suppression of information regarding the US Government's involvement in the 9/11 attacks, news of the group has been reported about in Alex Jones's news column and other 9/11 Truth blogs.
