Proxmox Virtual Environment (Proxmox VE) is an open source virtualization system based on Debian GNU/Linux. Proxmox Vitrual Environment is developed by Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH.
It provides KVM and OpenVZ as hypervisors. So it can run any operating system that supported by KVM with near native performance.
Server and virtual machines management is provided by web-interface and command-line interface. It also provides REST like API.

* Ethernet controller.
