GeneXproTools

GeneXproTools is an award-winning predictive analytics suite developed by Gepsoft . GeneXproTools modeling frameworks include logistic regression, classification, regression, time series prediction, and logic synthesis. GeneXproTools, formerly known as APS or Automatic Problem Solver, implements several gene expression programming algorithms, created and developed by Cândida Ferreira, co-founder and current director of Gepsoft.

Version history
The first version of APS, which only supported function finding, was launched in February 2001. Later that year Gepsoft released a second improved version that also introduced classification algorithms. Version 3.0 was released in 2003 after a complete rewrite and introduction of new algorithms for time series prediction and the GEP-RNC algorithm for integrating random numerical constants. GeneXproTools 4.0 was released in July 2006 with support for unlimited datasets (for both variables and records) and new algorithms for logic synthesis and model simplification. In March 2008 Gepsoft releases GeneXproTools 4.0 R2 with a new algorithm for logistic regression. And in October 2011 GeneXproTools 4.3 was released with ensemble methods and model deployment to Excel.
