Pro-Built Construction

Pro-Built Construction, established in 1981, is a second-generation family owned and operated home improvement business. Located in Highland, Maryland, Pro-Built specializes in building custom decks for homeowners, as well as designing and finishing basement areas, and remodeling interior living spaces. Pro-Built also provides custom 3D photographic renderings to clients prior to the start date so that homeowners know exactly what to expect before any work has begun on their home.
Staff
Pro-Built Construction, Inc. was founded by Edward Pacylowski in 1981. Currently, Edward Pacylowski is the President of Pro-Built Construction. His son, James Pacylowski, is Vice-President and his son-in-law, Ryan Speiden, is Vice-President of Production. His 2 daughters also work for the company. Christina Speiden is Director of Research and Development. Jessica Barwick runs Barwick Interiors, a full-service interior design company, from within Pro-Built's offices. Her husband, Lee Barwick, is the Director of Sales for Pro-Built Construction. Edward Pacylowski's niece, Linda Carmody, is the Director of Marketing.
