Patna based doctor Prasoon Kumar is a neuro-physician, who did his MBBS, MD from Patna Medical College and MRCP from Royal College of Physicians of London. In 2006, he treated blepharospasm eye disease through a combination of neuro medicines that he was able to develop through his innovative research in drug therapy. This innovation awarded him the Bharat Jyoti Award, whose past recipients have been Mother Teresa, and film actors Dev Anand and Shammi Kapoor. Prasoon Kumar is renowned for his speeches on energy transfer and productivity. He has delivered his speeches in Tashkent (Russia), Dubai, and London House of Lords upon invitation by the India International Friendship Society (IIFS) which recognises notable work done by people in all major fields.
