Peuterey is an Italian clothing brand specializing in outerwear and born in Altopascio (Lucca) in 2002.
History
Peuterey brand was born in 2002 in Altopascio (Lucca).
Its name was inspired by one of Mont Blanc's peaks. The three red dots are its graphic representation.
In 2011, Francesca Lusini, President of the Peuterey group started the internationalization of the brand. The first Italian flagship store was inaugurated in Milan in via Della Spiga, followed by the opening in Rome of Via Bergognona in 2012.
In 2013, the first Chinese flagship store was opened in Shanghai.
In 2016 Tiziano Bonacchi became CEO and CFO of the Group and Federico Curradi was appointed creative director of the brand.
Peuterey is part of the homonym group that owns also Geospirit, PostCard and Dekker.
Collaborations
Over the years, Peuterey has collaborated with several companies and designers, signing collections or limited edition products:
* Terence Koh and Karim Rashid (2012) - collaboration for a limited edition on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the brand
* LuisaViaRoma (2017) - collaboration for the launch of Peuterey Icon, a limited edition for an exclusive sale in the iconic store
* Vespa (2017) - co-branding for the creation of men's and women's jackets, helmet and googles on the occasion of Salone del Mobile 2017
Distribution
Peuterey is distributed in independent boutiques and high-end retailers in Europe, North America, China, South Korea and Japan.
