Penrhyn International is one of the largest global partnerships of independent retained executive search firms. Established in 1979, Penrhyn International has member firms in Europe, North and South America, India, China, Australia and Japan. Its name, Penrhyn in Welsh language means headland or promontory and this inspired founders Christopher Mill in London and Leon Farley in California to create a group at the leading edge of the profession. Penrhyn International is a Global Member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants AESC and four of its partners have been recognized by their peers with the Gardner Heidrick Award for outstanding contribution to the Executive Search Profession: Leon Farley, Christopher Mill, Skott Burkland and Anders Borg. |
