Paul Overacker

Paul Overacker Paul Overacker is an American film and television director and an Emmy Award nominated technical director. He is a member of and serves on the Board of Directors for the Motion Picture Editors Guild.
Education
Overacker earned a B.S. in Communications from The College at Brockport, State University of New York in Los Angeles, California.
Career
Overacker started his directing career at WUTR, R News (Now known as Spectrum News Rochester), Empire Sports Network
Currently working at the NFL Network, the shows he switches shows include NFL Total Access, Fantasy Live, The NFL Draft, Supe Bowl 50 as well as the weekly NFL RedZone. He is also known for his work on , and (2004). Awards
Overacker received a nomination for an EMMY in the category of Outstanding Technical Team Studio for his work on Super Bowl 50 at the 37th Annual Sports Emmy Award. A special ceremony that took place at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Frederick P. Rose Hall in New York City.
Overacker is a 2016 recipient of The Honors for Outstanding Service Award at his alma mater The College at Brockport, State University of New York.
Aviation
Overacker became a F.A.A. licensed Private Pilot in August 2004 at The Long Beach Flying Club & Flight Academy. He became certified to fly Airplanes single-engine land class such as the Cessna 152, Cessna 172 and most single-engine land type airplanes.
