Charles Missant

Charles Edward Missant (born April 23, 1981 in Grosse Pointe, Michigan) is an American football center and longsnapper who is currently a free agent.
Professional Experience:
2006-07 New York Jets practice squad member.
2007 Center and longsnapper for the Frankfurt Galaxy of NFL Europe, finished the season 7-4 losing to Hamburg 37-28 in World Bowl XV. 2006 Center and longsnapper for the Frankfurt Galaxy of NFL Europe, finished the season 8-3 winning the World Bowl Championship, member of offensive unit that set the All-time NFL Europe single season rushing record (1,753 yards).

Collegiate Experience:
Played in 38 consecutive games for the Western Michigan Broncos. Part of a unit that finished 6th in the nation in passing offense in 2003. Three year starter at longsnapper collecting 33 special team tackles. Awarded “Hard-Hat” award senior year symbolizing hard work and perseverance. Elected team captain. Graduated with a degree in organizational communications from Western Michigan University in August 2004.
