PatientOS is an open source, cross-platform, desktop client/server Healthcare Information System written in Java for managing patient visits, results, medications and other clinical or administrative tasks that is compatible with the Health Level 7 standard. PatientOS is fully customizable by a lay person, including updating all med supply lists and pharm lists and lab lists using just .csv files.
