Pagan House is a Church located in Omaha, Nebraska, that serves Wiccan, Pagan, Hindu, Christian and Native American Spirituality practitioners. Pagan House attempts to foster an understanding between different Pagan beliefs and main stream religious institutions.
Pagan House promotes an informational exchange about Paganism, with specific attention paid to on-going Pagan events in the greater Omaha, NE metro area. Pagan House has begun branching out to include South Dakota.
History Pagan House was founded on May 5th, 2005 by Leslie McQuade and is a formalized Pagan Church honoring, teaching, and exploring Wiccan, Pagan, Hindu, Christian and Native American Spirituality. Pagan House attempts to change the world for the better. One goal is to foster an understanding between different Pagan beliefs and main stream religious institutions.
Rituals/Worship
Every February 2nd a ritual known as the "White Ritual" is conducted by Pagan House. The White Ritual is held in conjunction with the Unitarian Universalists. The White Ritual celebrates the Pagan Holiday Imbolc. All participants must wear all white. Those who arrive in anything other than white are given a white peplos to change into so that they may participate.
