House of Prayer Christian Church

House of Prayer Christian Churches of America (HOP) is a Pentecostal denomination with its main headquarters in Hinesville, Georgia. Each individual church location is called House of Prayer Christian Church. Established in 2004 by Ron Denis direction, formerly affiliated with the New Testament Christian Churches.
Beliefs and Praxis
House of Prayer Christian Church believes in a literal reading of the Bible. As the parent body, the HOP holds strict and rigid lifestyle, one must avoid other religious organizations and denominations, seek Holiness and separation from the world. Church finance is maintained with tithe. Liturgical music consists of old hymns. The HOP believes in standard Pentecostal doctrines such a divine healing and speaking in tongues. It is a King James Only denomination. Like the New Testament Christian Churches, they focus outreach to the military bases.
