Oligarchologist

Oligarchology is the unofficial study of oligarchies and ruling classes. The function of the oligarchologist is to study the historical tendencies and temperament of those who can be considered members of a ruling class. Although the field of oligarchology is not found officially in academic institutions, it is a field that has been proposed by some including Michael Harsgor the author of Un très petit nombre. Oligarchology is a field that dates back to class analysis of the ancient Greeks. Many believe the world is increasingly becoming oligarchical, and interest in the field will increase.
