Olaolu Akorede Olabode (born October 1), better known by HG2, is a Nigerian Music Video Director, Film Maker, and Cinematographer. He was born in Mushin Lagos, Nigeria. He Started With Graphic Designer, Which he was well known as one of the best in african graphic designer. In early 2012 Olaolu decided to start shooting music video, he shot is first music video for Reminisce, & Olamide. Life and career Olaolu was born in Mushin, Lagos State Nigeria. He is the son of Late Taiwo Olabode a.ka Happy Taj and Late Esther Marquis. His father was a screen writer printed. He obtained his primary education from Command Children School, Oshodi, and his secondary education from Ilupeju Senior Secondary School ILUSEC. While he was in secondary school, every time he close from school he resume to business center behind his father workshop, where he learn Microsoft words & CorelDraw. After finishing secondary school, try to further more at Obafemi Awolowo University ile Ife. but no money to further more. He has to work his certificate from computer and teach at a computer school in Abule Egba Lagos, he teach their for a year. he try to build himself on Photoshop. that's how he started making poster & artwork. that's how became one of Nigerian's Nigeria’s leading graphic design outfits in the industry. In 2012 . HG2 has been design brain behind several big events in Nigeria including the Nigeria Entertainment Awards NEA ,The Faceoff 2012, Ovation Red Carol, A.Y.O grove, as well as design works for top artists like Wizkid, Davido 9ice wandecoal kiss daniel etc.
