Obligo.co.uk is a uk property and mortgage information website which provides information and tools to help users make better and more informed decisions with regard to mortgage and consumer finance. Obligo was launched in 2010 and key personnel include former directors of Intermediary Servicing Limite, a subsidiary of the Investment Bank Bear Stearns. Overview The majority of the services provided on the Obligo website are done so free of charge. The site features a service titled PriceMyPlace which is an online AVM tool. Using a database of property characteristics, historic transactions from the UK Land Registry and complex Automated Valuation Model algorithm, PriceMyPlace is able to provide an instant valuation estimate for any UK property with a Royal Mail Postcode. Other features include a suite of complex mortgage calculators which display results from live mortgage product data feeds. See Also
