Patriot Games Ltd, formally known as Patriot comics is a high street and online retailer of specialist 'hobby products' inclueding RPGs, CCGs, board games and war games.
History
Patriot comics started in Sheffield before 1993 as a market stall selling comics .
Patriot comics moved into a permanent store around 1998.
In 2001 Patriot comics began to sell more specialist games and changed its name to Patriot Games Ltd to represent the switch in emphasis.
In 2005 Patriot Games Ltd moved to a larger premises and opened an online store .
Patriot Games run regular local and national events including:
*Legend of the Five Rings Sheffield Kotei, one of only two held in the UK
*National qualifiers for Magic the Gathering .
*Grand Qualifiers for Yu-Gi-Oh .
*Helped host the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game National Championship .
