NYCE Control is a wireless communications company which designs, manufactures and sells wireless Zigbee control and sensor products into security, monitoring and automation marketplaces. Products are sold indirectly through Tier 1 MSOs, and are also available through home automation ecosystems such as Control4. Describing its control and sensor products as the "smallest Zigbee devices in the world ... with the lowest possible power consumption, smallest physical size and simplest installation", the goal of all NYCE products is to be “invisible” in consumers' lives. A large market for NYCE is home security packages offered through broadband providers, where NYCE supplies wireless security sensors. NYCE sensors are also used to reduce energy consumption via lighting automation, sensing room occupancy and accordingly turning lights on and off.
