Nevermen

Nevermen is a group whose members are Tunde Adebimpe, Doseone and Mike Patton. Patton describes the group as "a vocal trio". In an interview with The A.V. Club Tunde confirmed that the Nevermen began recording in 2008. In an interview with Pitchfork.com in August 2009 Doseone said "It may be out this winter, but I am reserving the right to change that... We've taken our time and had all these amazing sessions together, and I think that it's stuck. It's really growing in a certain way that's completely unique." The artists have worked on individual tracks together before recording Nevermen material. Tunde Adebimpe previously collaborated with Doseone on the song 'Deathful' by Subtle. Mike Patton has previously collaborated with Doseone on the song 'The Long Vein Of The Voice' by Subtle , on the song 'How You Feelin?' by Peeping Tom and on the score for the Alan Moore audiobook 'Unearthing'. |
