Ned Stuart

Ned Stuart is a British-born musical theatre and film actor, also an operatic lyric baritone who is noted for his expert character portrayals such as Pangloss, William Tell and Scarpia.
He was born in 1945 and raised in Devonshire, England.
Theatre Work
Stuart appeared in Blood Brothers as Mickey Johnstone, in Evita as Magaldi, in The Mousetrap as Major Metcalf, in The Fantasticks as Henry and as Bellomy and in Camelot as King Arthur. He performed as Lord Polonius in Hamlet and as King Lear.
Film Work
Though he is a much sought after script doctor, especially for screenplays, he has had limited film appearances, but can be found in Serendipity, A Beautiful Mind, and other movies.
Producer
In 1992, Stuart joined with the multi-Tony award winning Producers Group and in 2006 became its managing partner.
In 2004, as part of his production work, Stuart heads The Producers Capital Syndicate - a division of his film company, Lang Syne Films, Inc.
