Mr. Masood Ahmad is currently posted as the Shipping Master in the Government of Pakistan. The Shipping Master is responsible for issuing Seaman Service Book and administering the shipping matters, also engaging Pakistani crew on board and further settling disputes between the seafarers and ship principals.
