The Yangon derby refers to football matches between City Yangon and Yangon United, first contested in 2016. City Yangon play at the Horizon Stadium in the Sportcity area of Yangon, while Yangon United play at Yangon United Sports Complex in nearby Hlaing Township. The teams have met 2 times in all competitions; United have won twice. United also lead in terms of trophies won, with a total of 2 compared to City, including a record 4 Myanmar league titles, 2 MFF Cups and 2 FA Community Shields.
