Mirza Khalil Ahmad Baig is a prominent Urdu linguist form Lucknow, studied higher education from Jamia Ali Garh. He is the author of several books. he received his PHD degree from the University of Aligarh. Started an academic tour of the United States in 1994 and entered the theology of the University of Tennessee. He returned to India in 1969 and wrote a book on social linguistics.
