Milton Blain (7 February 1924 — 4 January 2010) was a civil engineer who played a pioneering role in the industrial development of parts of Central Queensland in particular Gladstone, Queensland, Australia. He was born in Tureen, Queensland was educated in part at St. Joseph's Nudgee College, Brisbane and joined the Australian Army during World War II serving as part of the Royal Australian Survey Corps. He studied to become an engineer and has lived in Gladstone since the mid 1960s. He was awarded the Gladstone Citizen of the Year award in 1989 and was an active member of Rotary. His youngest brother was the actor, Brian Blain.
