Michael Wolk is an American theater producer, screenwriter, director, and actor based in New York City. He is the CEO of Wolk Transfer Company and the Artistic Director of All For One Theater. He was the CEO of Gorgeous Entertainment from 1997 through 2021. Career In 1997 Wolk co-founded Gorgeous Entertainment with his partner Kumiko Yoshii. His theater producing credits at that company included the Tony-nominated 2004 revival of Pacific Overtures and the 2015 musical Prince of Broadway. For over a decade he also produced the annual event Japan Day@Central Park, a cultural festival. In 2021, Wolk moved to his independent banner of Wolk Transfer Company. Wolk's screenwriting credits include the John Landis horror comedy Innocent Blood, where he also had an acting role. His directing credits include You Think You Really Know Me: The Gary Wilson Story, a documentary about the reclusive musician Gary Wilson. He also produces nonprofit theater under his company All For One Theater, where he serves as the Artistic Director. Current projects include the upcoming Broadway musical adaptation of The Karate Kid directed by Amon Miyamoto.
