Michael heppell

Michael Heppell (born July 9th, 1967 in Consett, County Durham) is an English, international best-selling author, professional speaker, and business trainer, who is primarily known for his goal-setting approaches to "achieving brilliance" and taking "massive action". He has written and presented extensively on the subjects of customer service, personal development and education to audiences around the world. His company, Michael Heppell Ltd., has a mission statement to "positively influence 1,000,000 lives".
