Masta Mic — is a nickname of Mitya Burmistrov, popular Russian Internet musician, multivocalist and beatbox musician.

Masta Mic made his first appearance in 2008, by winning the Russian beatbox championship on Splash'08 festival. He began posting music videos on YouTube in 2009, one of his first video get more than a million views in just a week, and [http://www.youtube.com/watch?vA94EEk2rZpU&featureplcp soon reached the mark of 10 million].
Masta Mic was first on Russian beatbox scene who began using live looping technology. All his songs, including the bass, beat, backing vocals, lyrics and all sounds, are created live using his voice. In recent years he has started using an effects box which processes his voice and increases the variety of textures and sounds he can add to his tracks.

Masta Mic is touring lots of cities in Russia, Europe, Asia and North America. Performed with DJ Aphrodite, Netsky, Borgore, Underworld, Primal Scream, Diplo, Sergey Babkin, Noize MC, Quest Pistols, UK Apache, John Forté, WK?, MC Xander and many other Russian and international stars.
Artist recently returned from a month tour in Europe, becoming the opening of the in Spain, at the same time recorded at Red Bull Music Academy studio in Madrid.
