Marat Fidarov

Marat Fidarov (born in 1969 in Vladikavkaz, North Ossetia, Russia) is a renowned Russian-American author, popular radio personality, sportscaster, translation theorist and executive.
Marat is best known for his Russian Translator's Handbook series, as well as his radio work in Seattle. He is also an accomplished alpine skier and golfer, one of the best in the history of his alma mater, and the best golfer ever to come out of the Russian North Caucasus region.
Marat Fidarov is an alumnus of the Moscow Institute of Management (now The State University of Management), and he also holds a masters degree from the University of Washington.
