Lucky Hodnett

Jeffrey A. Hodnett (September 4, 1972 in Poplarville, Mississippi) better known as his stage name, Lucky Hodnett) is a country singer. He was born to Steve and Linda Hodnett. He began elementary school in Lumberton, Mississippi. The family moved to Poplarville where he graduated from high school in 1990. Jeffrey Got His Bachelor of Sceince Degree in 2010 in "Criminal Justice" from Kaplan University in Chicago,IL. Jeffrey started singing at age 5 & Songwriting at age 12. Jeffrey has been in the music industry for 22 years, working as a DJ, Country Singer, & Songwriter . Lucky signed his first record contract with Lash Records in Mississippi in 2001. Lucky Currently is signed with Tate Music Group, Nashville, TN / Oklahoma City, OK Since March 2011. Lucky's First Alblum entitled "Southern Way of Life / Alive & Well" was Released in March, 2010. The First Two Singles off the Alblum sold over 1million Copies overseas in England, Ireland, Austrilia, & France earning Lucky Hodnett a Platnium Record Award. Lucky belongs to the Country Music Association, Canadian Country Music Association, BMI Nashville,TN Songwriter & a Member of the American Federation of Musicans. Lucky has worked with many Country Music Artist & Songwriters Thru the Years. Lucky has worked with Nashville Musicans: Brent Mason, Gordon Motes, Jim "Moose" Brown, & Biff Watson just to name a few All CMA & ACM Award Winners and Nominees. Lucky has also Worked with Nashville Producers: Jeff Hale (Waylon Jennings) Drummer, Rick Webb, Daneil Scooby, & Don Johnson.
