Daniel Kanu

Daniel Kanu is a Nigerian politician. In 1998 he organized the two million man march to support the emergence of democracy during the General Sani Abacha regime, which became the largest and longest rally in the history of Nigeria. He is the founder of the Daniel Kanu Youth Foundation.
Early life
Kanu grew up in Dallas, Texas, United States. He attended the University of Oklahoma and then moved to Nigeria.
Career
As a philanthropist he established the Daniel Kanu Youth Foundation. The foundation which is 100% funded by the Kanu family has his wife Kimberley
Kanu, and daughter Destiny Kanu as members of the Board of Trustees.
