Love for the Elderly is an internationally-reaching nonprofit organization that uplifts thousands of elderly people in nursing facilities each year, where seniors often experience extreme loneliness and depression. The organization was sparked by a 13-year-old's idea of bringing some extra love to senior citizens, whom he claimed are "an amazing group of people so often forgotten in their final and most precious stage of life," Love for the Elderly has since transformed into a global organization that has a wide array of programs and initiatives.
