Lisa M. Wolfe is the creator of the Yoga Band Workout series of DVDs, instructors courses, and audio CD's.
She has an Associates Degree in Exercise Science from Oakland Community College and became an ACE certified personal trainer in 1993. In 2001 Lisa became an ACE group exercise instructor and also a YogaFit certified instructor.
She has spent the past eighteen years in the fitness industry and has had the opportunity to work in various aspects of the field. Her experience includes cardiac rehabilitation, group exercise, strength, kickboxing, yoga, water aerobics, circuit training, owning her own gym, and martial arts instruction.
Her first fiction novel Journal of a Lifetime will be published in fall of 2007 by His Work Publishing.
