James Jabulani Rosemond. Born May 28, 1992 in Staten Island to an urban legend of entertainment, Jimmy "Henchmen" Rosemond(Ceo of Czar-Entertainment) but Lil Henchmen grew up in Lefrak City Queens. When Henchmen was nine, he started to rap on his karoake machine. At the age of eleven, his father and mother decide that it was time for him to start recording in a real studio. In 2004 Lil Henchmen started working with his cousin " Kay Kay Rosemond " that worked as an A&R for Universal/Motown Records. Lil Henchmen had learned what A&R's look for in artists, and how to gain new industry contacts. Lil Henchmen have done songs with The Game, Akon, Junior Reid and other talented artists. Lil Henchmen rhymes on beats produce by Cool N Dre, Swiss Beats, Kanelomusic, Coptic, Neek Rusher, and Boom. He is now working on his first LP and looking to do some acting.He has two movies on the table for him, Micheal's Method as the character little Micheal, directed by Glenn O. Mobley and 818 the movie exective producer Britton Hein. At only 15, Lil Henchmen does not only deal with his music career, school and being a kid, he also produces hit music and is juggling star movie roles. Family Lil Henchmen is the son Czar-Ent CEO Jimmy Henchmen. Lil Henchmen has a litter sister Jamilah who he is very close with. Currently Lil Henchmen is working on getting out his first mixtape and single. He was recently co-signed by Sean Kingston. Swagg Money Gang Swagg Money Gang is Lil Henchmen's label/movement.
