Keith F. Curtin (born 1975) is an American Advertising Professional & Publisher. he is Founding Publisher of urban vanguard Hip Hop Weekly magazine. Background At Johnson & Wales University (Providence, Rhode Island, United States), Curtin majored in Marketing and graduated with the class of 1999.<ref name=Judd /> After graduation, Curtin was hired by The Phoenix Media Communications Group in Boston, Massachusetts, United States as a National Sales Executive. During his five year tenure with PMCG, Curtin sold national advertising for over 100 alternative newsweeklies like Village Voice, Boston Phoenix, LA Weekly, Chicago New City and many more. Curtin was also involved in selling advertising and sponsorships for The Boston Marathon, Boston Celtics & Boston Bruins magazines. After 5 years he returned to New York City, and began working forThe Source, hip hop magazine as National Accounts Director.<ref name=Judd /> In early 2006, The Source was taken over by Black Enterprise and Curtin was tapped by legendary hip hop publisher Dave Mays (Original Founder of The Source) to serve as Publisher and help establish Hip Hop Weekly at its founding.
