Kayla Ferrel

Kayla Ferrel (born October 20, 1990) is an American fashion model, best known as the 3rd/4th runner-up of of America's Next Top Model. Ferrel was considered a favorite finalist among judges and viewers, who praised her for her bubbly personality, strong "proud lesbian" lifestyle.
Early life
Kayla Ferrel was born in Rockford, Illinois. In the age of 12 she was known to be a lesbian in her town . In the age 19 she joined America's Next Top Model to be the second ANTM lesbian model (following Kim from Cycle 5). The fans of Ferrel were shocked after her unexpected elimination .
After her elimination, the fans and media are still asking the same question - "Where is Kayla Ferrel?" .

America's Next Top Model
In , Ferrel entered the competition as the proud Lesbian who takes strong photos. She ranked 2nd next to Ann Ward on the first two photo shoots. On episode 6, Ferrel landed in the bottom two due to what Tyra said was her "painful" photo shoot because of her tight shoes. On Episode 7, Ferrel won the reward challenge as the "Grammy Girl" for the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards held in February 2011. On Episode 8, Ferrel broke into tears when she found out that they will do a commercial that will include an intimate kiss with a male model which she refuse to do because of her childhood sexual assault. On episodes 9 and 10, Ferrel receive the two consecutive First call-outs for taking stunning photos. On the Episode 11, Ferrel was eliminated alongside with fellow contestant Jane Randall for not mastering her angles and beautiful face which placing her 3rd/4th overall.
It was announced on May 12, 2011 that Ferrel would join the cast again for America's Next Top Model All Star Edition (Cycle 17) with several returning models.
