Kadhai Irukku- conditions apply - is an upcoming Tamil movie, which is a sequel to the super hit movie "Kathai Thiraikkadhai Vasanam Iyakkam" with the tagline 'a film without a story?', which was released in the year 2014, directed by the trend setting director and the winner of two National Awards, Radhakrishnan Parthiban. The director states that the sequel has a story line whereas the previous episode does not have any, but only with conditions applied. The director has confirmed the title of the movie and the pre-production work is going on in a full swing. The cast and crew has not yet been finalized.
