Juliana Johnson

Juliana Johnson (born August 10, 1988, in Barrington, Illinois) is a political consultant at Urquhart Media, LLC, the Communications Director for the National DontGo Movement, the National Communications Director for the Tax Day Tea Parties, and the Communications Director for the Lake County Young Republicans. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Women in Need Growing Stronger (WINGS).
Early life and education
Johnson attended Quest Academy for Schooling. She went on to attend Lake Zurich High School and is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology from DePaul University.
Early career
She worked for David McSweeney for Congress as a staff aide, Frank Calabrese for State Representative as a General Consultant, Jim Ogsbury for Congress as an Opposition Researcher, helped Congressman Mark Kirk in his 2006 re-election bid, was the Press Secretary and General Consultant for Antoine Members for Congress, along with handling numerous others clients and campaigns.
Present career
Johnson currently specializes in public relations, strategic communications, and campaign management. She presently works for Urquhart Media, LLC, which specializes in public relations and campaign management. In addition to her work at the firm, she is also the Communications Director for the DontGo Movement that has been featured in pieces by the Examiner, Michelle Malkin, CNN, Reason Magazine, ePolitics, The New York Times, and Politico. Her work with the DontGo Movement led her to be named the National Communications Director for the Tax Day Tea Parties. She is also the Communications Director for the Lake County Young Republicans who were featured in Pioneer Local, ABC News, and numerous others. Johnson is a National Communications Director helping to guide future anti-spending tea parties.
Personal life
Johnson is the daughter of financial adviser Craig Johnson, granddaughter of Illinois' former Chief Medical Coordinator Kenneth Eggen, and the niece of Edward Moore, who was the Chairman of the Cook County Republican Party for over 20 years and one of Nixon's top political strategists. She also has a younger brother, Kyle, who is a student at Lake Zurich High School and resides in Kildeer, Illinois.Johnson is a member of the Metropolitan Club of Chicago and works for numerous philanthropic causes. She was raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and currently lives in Chicago.
