Joshus moloney

Joshus Maloney is an English, Buckingham born Student, born in 1996.
He is the first student to be prosecuted under the ECT Tribunal court on 03/09/12 at a hearing in the reading room. With de-facto consent the ECT used his image in a wide variety of anti-littering poster campaigns. While the campaigns kicked up some controversy the ECT bore witness to the campaigns success quoting the litter warden for the local area as saying "Litter is no longer a recognisable issue in the streets" and the campaign was supported by other numerous community development and council schemes and committees.
It is known that a cult of followers has emerged around Joshus, whom styles himself as their 'President'. The group is usually referred to as 'The Joshus Appreciation Society' (TJAS - a name deliberately picked for it's similarity to 'The Judiciary Anti-litter System' also known as TJAS which is presided over by the Right Honourable Fergus Wade.) Conspiracy theories have been put forward on the internet by anonymous users suggesting that both TJAS's are actually the same, claiming that could be the reason for the lack of activity in 2014 of The Judiciary Anti-litter System committee. The committee however issued a statement declaring Joshus a reformed man and that it has been devolving power back to the authorities due to the reduction in crime within under its jurisdiction .
Joshus is currently known to be studying at university in Scotland. The Judiciary Anti-litter System has of the 23 of March 2014 officially disbanded for the time being.
