Joseph Luginbill

Joseph Miles "Joe" Luginbill (born July 14, 1994) is a Wisconsin Public servant from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He is currently a representative on the Eau Claire Area School District Board of Education.
Luginbill is a student at North High School in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Democratic Party of Eau Claire County and Democratic Party of Wisconsin, and a member of the Good Shepherd Church Council. He was a keynote speaker at the 2009 Arts Day Convention of the State of Wisconsin, speaking alongside Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin Barbara Lawton, First Lady of Wisconsin Jessica Doyle, Wisconsin Secretary of Tourism Kelli Trumble, and the Wisconsin Poet laureate Marilyn Taylor. He has previously been involved as an actor in touring shows across Wisconsin and with the Eau Claire Children's Theatre.
