Joe foglia

Joe Foglia, a south Florida native, has been an active member of the sound community for over 20 years. He began his work in the Sound industry in the early 80s working on concerts and Recordings such as Black Sabbath Heaven and Hell. His introduction to the Film Industry was with the hit television series Miami Vice. He met his first wife, Virginia Moro, on the set and they had their daughter, Ilana Foglia.

Since Miami vice he worked on many projects in the South Florida and Orlando area such as Super Force, Cop and a Half, Flipper, The Substitute, Mortal Kombat: Conquest, Our son The Matchmaker, Jeepers Creepers and the HBO series, From the Earth To the Moon.

In 2001 he went out to LA to work on a pilot for a new NBC show, Scrubs.

Currently Joe is finishing up the seventh season of Scrubs and signed up to work on Zach Braff's new pilot, Saint of Circumstance.

Joe is married to production accountant, Joan Foglia.

This season, he was nominated and won an Emmy for Scrubs, The musical. He was recently nominated by the Cinema Audio Society for his work on Scrubs, the Musical and Bring It On 4: In It To Win It.
