Jitterbug Vipers

Jitterbug Vipers is a jazz band based in Austin, Texas. The quartet plays 1930s-style viper Jazz and original compositions inspired by this genre.
The Jitterbug Vipers are vocalist Sarah Sharp, guitarist Slim Richey, bassist Francie Meaux Jeaux, and drummer Masumi Jones. They won "Best Jazz Band" in the 2013-2014 Austin Music Awards.
The band released its first album, Phoebe's Dream, in 2013, which featured nine originals inspired by the viper genre of jazz and two cover versions. In an interview on National Public Radio's "Show Travels", with Michael Feinstein, Feinstein stated that their original song, “Stuff It", is sure to become a standard of the American Songbook.
