Jessica Silverman Gallery

The Jessica Silverman Gallery is an American art gallery, in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco, California. It has been in the Bay Area since 2007, in Sutter Street and later Ellis Street. Silverman has represented and shown artists including Judy Chicago, Tammy Rae Carland and Dashiell Manley.
Silverman was born in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, daughter of art collector Gilbert Silverman, whose major Fluxus collection is now at MoMA in New York. She initially trained as an artist before studying curating at California College of the Arts, opening a gallery in Dogpatch, San Francisco while still completing her studies.<ref namebigelow/> She also curates for designer Yves Béhar.<ref namebigelow/>
