Jects

Jects (Sergio Caggianelli) (born May 29, 1986) is an Italian artist from Milan. Component of the synthpop band L.U.D. (Light Under Dark) through years he has been influenced by many kind of music.

History
When he was a child Jects was very attracted by music like Italian pop and dance music, he listened to the disco radio music at that time, he was attracted by the speed rhythm and the melodies.
During the Middle School he listened only the radio music and the videoes on mtv, so the pop-rock was his preferred style of music. All this changed during the Secondary School, Jects was influenced by his friends and he started to listen some other type of music, thanks of that he started to appreciate Metal music and rock in general.
At that time he also created with his brothers some electro music and the result of this were the L.U.D. (Light Under Dark). Jects realized with the Synthesizer songs like "Train Generation" , "Street Beat", "If you Hip and you Hop" and others. These songs were very simple and easy to realize. Than he realized another song "Escape from prison" but accidentally he lost the song.
At the University Jects started to listen Japanese and Industrial music, he Became very attracted by the gothic-punk style and sounds so he worked alone to realize some industrial/electro songs, the result of his work were, in the 2006, the single "Into the Darkness" that he putted into a L.U.D. release.
In 2007 Jects has rearranged "Escape from prison" trying to reproduce the same song composed some years ago, he released this song with some demo tracks as a solo project.
Now Jects is working with his Synthesizer to finish a whole solo album.
