James Cusack

James Cusack is a British radio presenter for Capital FM, which is broadcast across the United Kingdom (and Ireland, Sky and DAB only).
Education
James Cusack was educated at St Bernard's Catholic High School, in Rotherham, South Yorkshire and continued his education at Thomas Rotherham College, Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
Television and Radio
In 1998, while still at school, he appeared on the ITV Saturday morning children's magazine, Diggit, along with presenters Fearne Cotton and Reggie Yates, now of BBC Radio 1.
Still in secondary education, Cusack learnt the trade of radio presenting at hospital radio station Chrystal Radio, based in the Sheffield Children's Hospital. In 2003, it was this that landed him a show at local radio station Hallam FM.
In 2005, he was noticed by Galaxy and went on to present weekends, nationally on the Galaxy Network.
At a similar time, he was employed by the Guardian Media Group at their regional radio station, Real Radio Yorkshire as a presenter and producer. He was also heard on Real Radio Digital.
In 2006, he was approached by BBC Radio 1, to work in London, as an assistant producer at the weekend.
After a short while on Kiss 105-108, part of the Kiss Network, in 2007, he moved back to Galaxy.
He can now be heard on Capital, and still continues his regular weekend breakfast show on Capital North East, along with cover work on the other Capital stations.

James Cusack is also a professional voiceover artist, having worked with clients such as, British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, NHS, O2, Jet2.com
DJ
He DJ's at clubs around the country including The Viper Rooms, Paris Nightclub Sheffield, Oceana, Tiger Tiger, Sakura Manchester, plus more. Cusack has DJ'd for and alongside Tinie Tempah, Angel, Alexandra Burke, Wiley and JLS.
