Isaac Ropp

Isaac Everett Ropp is a radio broadcaster and television personality in Portland, Oregon. He is host of "Primetime with Isaac and Suke," the longest-running sports show in the city's market (2006-present) airing on .
Early life and career
Isaac was born in Salina, Kansas and attended Salina Central High School where he was a standout baseball pitcher. After graduation he attended Kansas University, earning a degree in sports management. Both his upbringing in Salina and are frequent topics of discussion on his radio program. After college, Isaac moved to Portland, Oregon and began his career in radio with an internship at KFXX in 2001. For two years he served as update anchor for Colin Cowherd's show The Herd, then part-time host before being paired with Jason “Big Suke” Scukanec to form Primetime.
Primetime and Talkin' Ball
Since 2006, Primetime with Isaac and Suke has aired in the weekday afternoon drive time slot, from 3pm until 7pm local time. The show is known for its lighter approach to sports radio, whimsically covering the day's topics with an additional focus on the Portland Trail Blazers, Seattle Seahawks, and Pac-12 Football. The final hour of the broadcast, also known as Club 1080, focuses on non-sports topics. The show ends daily with a segment called Mailing it in with Big John Scukanec, featuring co-host Jason Scukanec's older brother. The show has consistently been the top rated sports show in the Portland market.
In 2013, Isaac was added to the cast of Talkin' Ball, a Portland Trail Blazers-centered television program. During his fourth season on the show, he was fired after criticizing then-Blazers General Manager Neil Olshey.

In 2020, Primetime with Isaac and Suke was ranked 89th on the Talkers.com Heavy Hundred list of the top sports radio broadcasts in the United States.
