iRely, LCC is an American corporation that develops software for physical commodities management. History Founded in 2008, iRely is headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with offices in New Jersey, Texas, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Wimborne (UK), Bangalore (India) and Makati City (Philippines). iRely’s clientele consists of wide variety of commodity-based operations, including processors, commodity traders, grain terminals and elevators, food manufacturers, merchandisers, biofuel manufacturers, agribusinesses and petroleum cooperatives, petroleum distributors, feed manufacturers and convenience stores. Its software currently serves over 400 customers in 10 countries. Products iRely’s product offerings include iRely Agri-Business, iRely Process Manufacturing, iRely Grain, iRely C-Store, iRely Petroleum and iRely Trading & Risk Management. In addition, their management dashboard technology is known as iGuide. For petroleum distributors, iRely offers the Energy Trac in-truck billing system. In July 2012, iRely’s petroleum distribution truck software received certification from the National Type Elevation Program (NTEP) of the National Conference on Weights and Measures, indicating the software has met requirements for commercial weighing and measuring equipment in the U.S. In December 2012, iRely’s development team earned Microsoft’s Gold Certification status for software development in the Microsoft Partnership Network. Corporate Structure iRely is associated with the Harris Freeman Group, which operates Harris Tea and Harris Spice. In 2010, iRely acquired Summit Software, a provider of enterprise management software for the petroleum, agribusiness, cooperative and biofuels markets. In 2011, iRely acquired Comtech Solutions, a privately owned provider of business management applications, including an accounting and ERP solution.
