innvirement is the name for a creative setting in an institution, enterprise or educational facility where people have all tools and abilities to creatively share ideas. Generally these spaces are roomy, have lots of places to sketch, pinpoint ideas, sheets and have different settings like informal seating, standing meeting furniture and are supported by the right acoustics, light and music. The name was introduced by innberg in 2006 for a product-range 'innvire' but was generally used in communication by customers, interior designers and such to give the phenomenon a new meaning besides traditional meeting rooms / facilities.
Industrial design and ICT consulting companies most frequently invest in these kind of spaces where visualization, a relaxed meeting culture and different ways of working are accommodated in one space.
