InGoodTaste

#InGoodTaste is a radio programme on ZoneOneRadio., the community radio station for central London. Each episode focuses on a different food topic - from trends such as micro-distilling, to celebrity chefs such as Michel Roux Jr and Raymond Blanc to events such as Feast Festival. The programme was founded in 2012 and is produced by Victoria Ferran. The current presenters are Clare Mulley, Lucy Boler and Tom du Croz.
Structure
The programme includes a mixture of interviews with chefs, food writers and key people within the London food scene and usually ends with one of the presenters cooking a related dish in the #InGoodTaste kitchen. The show is keen to promote the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients during this segment and often the presenter take a trip to their local market to buy the ingredients. In this way, the programme differs from BBC Radio 4's The Food Programme which seldom includes audio of cooking. It is also aimed at a younger audience and includes whole music tracks.

In January 2013, #InGoodTaste were voted 49th best talk cloudcast of 2012 on Mixcloud
